1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KumbhGuide.in (the "Website", "Platform", or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, please refrain from using the platform.

2. Nature of Services

KumbhGuide.in provides comprehensive digital resources, astrological Jyotish Muhurats, Shahi Snan itineraries, Akhara history, safety advisories, and ritual facilitation across the four Kumbh Mela circuits:

• Nashik - Trimbakeshwar (Godavari River)
• Ujjain Simhastha (Kshipra River)
• Prayagraj Maha Kumbh (Triveni Sangam)
• Haridwar Kumbh (Maa Ganga)

Note: We act as an informational guide and respectful facilitator. Rituals, Sankalps, Pujas, and Abhishekam are performed exclusively by registered, verified hereditary Purohits and recognized temple trusts in accordance with Vedic tradition.

3. Ritual Bookings, Sankalp & Dakshina

When you book a Remote Sankalp Snan, Trimbakeshwar Puja, or Maha Rudrabhishek through our platform:

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate devotee names, Gotra, Nakshatra, and address details necessary for authentic Vedic chanting and Prasad dispatch.
• Dakshina & Offerings: The charges displayed represent the total Seva contribution, which includes authentic Vedic Samagri (puja ingredients), Purohit Dakshina, riverbank ritual coordination, video/photo documentation, and postal packaging for blessed Maha-Prasad.
• Prasad Delivery: Blessed Prasad (such as holy Raksha Sutra, Chandan, Bhasma, Dry Fruit prasad) is dispatched via registered couriers or India Post. Delivery timelines are subject to postal networks and local conditions.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Due to the sacred nature of Vedic rituals and advance procurement of holy Samagri:

• Before Ritual Execution: If a cancellation request is submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled Muhurat date, a refund (less payment processing and administrative fees) may be issued upon review.
• After Sankalp Initiation: Once sacred items are consecrated and the Purohit has initiated the Sankalp, the seva cannot be canceled or refunded as the spiritual offering has been dedicated.
• Astrological / Weather Adjustments: In the event of severe weather, flood alerts along the riverbank, or administrative Ghat cordoning during mega Shahi Snans, our Purohit team reserves the right to perform the ritual at the next closest auspicious Vedic Muhurat, with full notice provided to the devotee.

5. User Code of Conduct

Devotees and visitors agree to use the platform in a respectful manner reflecting the sanctity of Kumbh Mela:

• Do not submit falsified, defamatory, or abusive inquiries to our WhatsApp desk or Purohit coordinators.
• Do not scrape, mirror, or republish our original editorial content, astrological tables, or photography for unauthorized commercial purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the platform infrastructure, inject harmful scripts, or exploit payment flows.

6. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

The Kumbh Mela is the world’s largest human gathering, governed dynamically by district police, central security forces, and municipal Mela Pradhikarans.

KumbhGuide.in shall not be held liable for:

• Any sudden route diversions, Ghat closures, vehicular entry bans, or curfew restrictions imposed by law enforcement and government authorities.
• Unforeseen natural occurrences, extreme rainfall, river currents, or disruptions in public transportation (trains, flights, roadways).
• Subjective spiritual or personal outcomes of religious rituals, which are entirely based on individual faith and Vedic traditions.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All editorial articles, photographs, custom graphics, typography systems, and domain assets on KumbhGuide.in are protected under intellectual property and copyright laws of India. Unauthorized reproduction, commercial distribution, or automated crawling without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Maharashtra, India.
